Do you want to push ahead in math, work on your reading comprehension,
or hone your writing skills? Sarah works with students from Grades 3-12
to help them to solidify their basic skills, push beyond self-imposed
limits, and achieve their full potential.
Some goals necessitate extra work during the school year, while others are more suited to a summer program. Sarah works with students to tailor enrichment programs to their individual goals.
INDIVIDUALIZED MATH TUTORIALS:
Due to the cumulative nature of math, some students who struggle in
math class can often benefit not only from homework assistance but also
from a comprehensive review of material they struggled with in the past.
Other learners who want to bump up to honors math sometimes need to
push ahead and learn material beyond the scope of their current math

Although difficulties in math might be easier to identify and quantify, the vital lifetime skills of reading closely, developing a thesis, and articulating an argument are difficult to learn and become stumbling blocks for many students.
